By filling in a form on https://kdkonsalt.com or its additional domains https://kdkonsalt.org, https://kdkonsalt.info, https://kdkonsalt.online and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Limited Liability Company “KDKONSALT” (ОсОО «КДКОНСАЛТ») (TIN 00110202610642, address: 47 Tselinnaya St., Leninsky District, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic; the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Data covered

- phone number and e-mail address;
- company name (if the order is placed by a legal entity);
- order details: service, amount, order or invoice number, comment;

2. Purposes
- placing and performing the order and the contract;
- processing payments and refunds;
- sending confirmations, receipts and closing documents;
- contacting me about the order;
- complying with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, alteration), use, transfer (provision of access) to the acquiring bank, payment systems and the hosting provider to the extent necessary for the purposes, anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction, with or without automated means.
4. Bank card data
The Operator does not receive or store the card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC code: they are entered on the acquiring bank’s secure page.
5. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 (three) years from my last request, or until withdrawn. I can withdraw it by writing to kuznec9870@gmail.com. After withdrawal the data is destroyed within 30 (thirty) days, except for information the Operator must keep by law.
6. Legal basis
This consent is given under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information”. How data is processed and protected is described in the Privacy Policy.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
