These Terms describe how the services of Limited Liability Company “KDKONSALT” (ОсОО «КДКОНСАЛТ») (the “Contractor”) on https://kdkonsalt.com and its additional domains https://kdkonsalt.org, https://kdkonsalt.info, https://kdkonsalt.online are paid for and delivered to the Customer. They form part of the Public Offer.
1. Payment methods
- Visa and Mastercard bank cards online on the “Payment” page. The payment is processed on the acquiring bank’s secure page with 3-D Secure confirmation.
- Bank transfer to the Contractor’s account against an invoice, for individuals and legal entities.
All prices are stated and paid in Kyrgyz som (KGS). No fee is charged to the Customer for card payments.
2. Payment deadlines
- Plans and one-off services are paid in full (100%) before work starts.
- Services priced above 50,000 KGS may, by agreement, be paid in two stages: 50% before work starts and 50% before delivery of the result.
- Subscription services are paid in advance before the start of each calendar month.
- A consultation is paid when booked, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- An issued invoice is paid within 3 (three) banking days of its date.
The Contractor starts work once the payment has been received.
3. How to pay
3.1. Card payment:
- Choose a service on the “Services & Prices” or “Payment” page and fill in the order form.
- Accept the Offer and the Refund Policy and give consent to the processing of personal data.
- Click the pay button to open the bank’s secure page.
- Enter your card details and confirm the payment with the SMS code (3-D Secure).
- After a successful payment you return to the website, and a confirmation arrives by e-mail.
3.2. Invoice payment: request an invoice by e-mail or WhatsApp and provide the payer’s details. You can pay it at your bank or by card on the “Payment” page by choosing “Invoice payment” and entering the invoice number.
4. Supporting documents
- An electronic receipt of successful payment, sent to the e-mail given in the order immediately after payment.
- An order confirmation from the Contractor with the order number and the scope of the service, within 1 business day.
- For invoice payments, the invoice. The payer’s bank payment order serves as proof of payment.
- On completion, a certificate of services rendered (work performed). Legal entities receive a contract and a certificate signed and stamped by the Contractor on request.
5. Delivery
5.1. The Contractor provides services and does not sell physical goods, so there is no courier or postal delivery. The result is delivered electronically.
- Delivery cost: free (0 KGS); delivery of the result is included in the service price.
- Methods: reports, financial models, presentations and written recommendations, by e-mail, messenger or cloud storage. Consultations are held online via video call or in person at the office.
- Coverage: all cities of Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Tokmok, Naryn, Talas, Batken and others) and other countries, remotely. In-person meetings take place in Bishkek.
- Timelines: work starts within 2 business days after payment and receipt of materials; the timeline of each service is shown on the “Services & Prices” page.
6. Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Money is returned to the card used for payment.
